Could someone please tell me or a photo would be better where does the ground wire attach from the engine/head to the chassic. I have searched everywhere & can't find.

Are you going for the concourse look? It should run from the back of the head to the firewall. I didn't want to mess with that on mine though, so I ran a good size cable from the front of the drivers side head to the shock tower. (where the 6 bolts for the outer cover are)

The proper wire is cheap and really easy to install.

Would you believe, i had that hookup "rear bolt pattern on drivers shock tower" 2nd bolt i believe, just didn,t look right.
No i am not going for a concours car, just close to stock as possible. This is a 6 cyl conversion to 8 & it seems there should ba a hole in the firewall but can,t find it. I looked for that photo from "Ford Car Master Parts" couldn,t find it! That shows about where it attaches.
Much Thanks,
Al

Thanks for your suggestion though,
Al
The 6 & 8 used the same hole- It's near the upper, inner heater motor nut.
