where do I start?
Hello everyone-
i recently bought a 67 mustang fastback but have no idea where to begin( rookie here )! The stang I bought is beat up and needs work with the frame....I know its going to be a lot of work and even more money, but im commited. I got it for a decent price so im not desappointed in its condition. I will post pictures as soon as I can...any comments would help tremendously.
Thank you!

Hey Syntax-
its good to know im not alone...I think you are well ahead of me...i need frame work unfortunetly and ive been pricing around...i called this restoration place but they said it would cost anywhere between 2,000-10,000 dollars! 10k is alittle out of my price range at this point in time [:-] .

Just looked over your pictures.
From what I saw, looks like the most important skill you need available is excellent welding & jigging skills. If you don't have them, or know of someone willing to donate their time who does have them, Stop where you're at. Roll it on a trailer and go visit some autobody shops and get estimates.
Obviously without a good solid chasis, there is no need to go any further.
You have one advantage. With the amount of repairs needed to the chassis, it would be nothing to add in additional torque boxes and subframe connectors!
Good luck,
