Hood Hinge questions
Gents,
Need some advice regarding repop hood hinges----67 F/B---is there any difference in the available repop hood hinges? Shoud I look for one brand over others?
For example, are they all the same overall size (so I can mark the position of the current hinges and install the new ones in exactly the same place as the old ones? Are they all the same quality? Etc.)
The passenger side of the hood is starting to "raise" about 1/4" when I close the hood. It appears there's some play in the hinge (up and down) on the passenger side. I assume the pivot is starting to wear, and should be replaced; should the hinges be replaced in pairs, or can I replace only the one that's giving me grief?
