Guys, We strive to always provide quality products. We couldn't afford to offer a 100% guarantee if we dion't strive to make a good part. That being said, there are times when a product doesn't meet your standards (or ours) and we don't catch it. While we inspect 100% of the emblems before shipping, we do ocassionally miss something. That's when the guarantee comes in. If you're not 100% happy with the product, contact your dealer and return it. If you don't get satisfaction from them, contact us. On the subject of the contours on the emblem, it seems no 2 fenders have the same contour, due to manufacturing variances, repo vs. original, or previous damage. This is why we chose not to contour the emblems. A little hand pressure should be all it takes to conform the emblem to the fender. The issue of the paint sticking to the packaging is one we are aware of and have hopefully corrected. Also getting paint to adhere to chrome is always an issue and we are constantly working with our vendors to improve quality. Thanks.
