Default AOD and T-5. Same Mount??

Are the transmission mounts/crossmembers the same for an AOD or T5 swap? I have to find one and need it not to be a wallet killer.

I got my 5.0 and AOD home on Saturday for $300 and split the two apart. Ill crack open the tranny to see how she looks later this week. Im thinking that I should have it looked over or even rebuilt just for the heck of it, but the guy said it was running and shifting great when he pulled it, and he really seems like an honest guy so, I dont know.

Beware of the seemingly honest guys, sometimes they are beguiling.
But 300 for both, you shouldn't expect much.
Good luck and free bump.

Honestly the guy had the engine just taking up room in his garage. He builds cars for other people as a hobby/little income. His friend brought him his built, yet smashed up manual fox body and asked if he would help him to swap his driveline into the "good" car. The parts left over were just that.. I do think its in good shape though, and a refresh from a local transmission shop is all I should need.
