ok so i took the skin off the door and now the inside is por 15'd and now its time to put it all back together. I bought a new skin the old one was literally almost all bondo.
Should i put the window and all the stuff back onto the door before i put the skin back on.
and When the skin is going on how many tac welds if any do i use.? Or is just folded over?(dought its just that

 

Put the parts in the door after the skin is on. The hems should be folded over and then tack welded every couple of inches. I saw a RH 69 door one time that had been skinned with no welds, and when you opened the door it kind of went wibble-wabble-wibble-wobble.
