Default lower control arm bushings

How hard are they to replace. Do i need any speacial tools. i took my car to the alignment shop since the springs have settled and now the alignment is messed up. they said that the lower control arm bushings were shot.

So i was wondering if they are easy to install.

also my strut rod bushings are bad too. it is a luttle surprising because they are brand new.

thats what i was thinking but the bushings are only $15 for the set and the dude at the alignment shop said the ball joints were fine.

so its like replace the entire arms for $84 plus shipping or replace the bushings for $15
