Rearend question

Default Rearend question

I have a third member out of the car and i was wondering what is the fastest way to see if it posi or not. I dont have the tags for it or i would have looked it up.

Try rotating the axles by hand in opposite directions. If you can't, it's limited slip.

ok... i dont have axles for it... It is a spare one that i got with my mustang... When i turn the yoke both sides turn the same way. Does this mean i have a posi?

Tha sounds right to me! see if you can hold one side while turning the pinion yolk
