Default Doing Shelby drop this weekend

Hi,
My car still does not handle very good after lots of dollars and an alingment according to Daze's specs. Better but not good. I have ordered all the parts I needed from Opentracker to do the Shelby drop this weekend. I will post the results. I learned about the drop from this forum.
Thx! Walt

Good luck this weekend. I have not performed this modification yet, and will be watching closely for your write up. I've done no handling improvements (other than simple installation of monte carlo bar and export brace).

Pics would greatly appreciated if you decide to go for the step by step documentation!

I will say make sure you keep track of the alignment shims. It will make things easier.

supposed to make a huge difference. but are those tyres in your signature radials? if not, then that might be the root cause of all your handling problems (stoneage bias ply tyres)?

I'm a little confused, the "drop" requires zero parts, so what are you getting?

I've done a bunch of these, and I didn't need no stinkin' template. It's called a center punch…

Don't forget to put a piece of plywood between the tower and engine when you drill the holes.

There is a bright star among all of us.

Ive never been able to drill two or more holes and actually get them to line up with the damn piece they were intended for
