Default 66 Hubcap with spinner?

I just bought a new hubcap for my 66 coupe, but I'm not quite sure how to assemble it. It's the hubcap with a spinner and the inner emblem. I can see how the spinner and emblem connect, but how do I get it on the hubcap?

That one, but with a spinner.

The spinner caps were actually different, the center was not punched out. There were screw holes to attach, and a foam block to keep the emblem in place. You can modify the standard cap for the spinner, by drilling the holes.
