Default coil

I was looking up a coil for the 390 we are trying to put into my 68 mustang which was originally a 200 inline 6 car and discovered something really funny. I wanted to see if the coil i just bought for the 6 a couple months ago would work with the 390 and i looked on a couple stores and they have the same part number so it would work. I didnt think it would produce enough spark. I but dont know if it was an error on there part but i thought it was a funny little discovery.

wow... JMD... why? whyyy? lol. Sure a coil is a coil. As long as its made for your voltage. You probably just want to put a high performance coil on it..
