Default Good deal or no?

Having my 9" rebuilt with a posi unit and 3.25 gears. They will be used gears, new bearings, and a rebuild posi all for $800. Is this a good deal or am i paying too much?

I hope it's a Traction Loc, but if it's done properly, thats' a good deal.
