A while back at work I found a 66 289 block, and a 63 289 hi po engine , and a 65 hipo 289 engine will hold on to them until I can use them.

 

63 289 hi-po? Did that ever exist?

 

No the 289 didn't come out tell almost 65 and hi po was later on in a 65 i believe.

 

thats where you are wrong 289 HI POs Came out in 63 check I looked it up on the internet ,it came in a fairlane or galaxie ,not sure what other cars. Check the mustang monthly a few months ago they listed the hi po 289 from 63-67

 

what is the block code? Intrested to see what car it came in... Obviously not a Mustang!

 

I will have to find it,it came n either a galixe or fairlane,along those lines
