Any decent auto parts shop like Napa will carry that strip-calk. As I said in another thread the other day it's available in strips like the 3M stuff Kalli linked but its also available in rolls of various widths. When asking at local shops ask one of the older guys about it and say its like 'dumb-dumb putty'. They will know exactly what your asking about.
