have power to everything ( switch, resistor and blower)
hotwired the blower to make sure it worked and it was fine

How about the switch itself? Are you sure it's still good? Using a test light, are you getting any power at all at the motor blower with the switch turned on?

With the switch on, are you getting any power to the resistor?

i was thinking i might be losing power at the switch, ive taken the resistor out and tested it and its working properly, so i have to be losing power there, im gonna check it with a voltometer
