Default 351C flywheel

I have another question regarding a flywheel, I located one with a raised cast # of C5AE-6380-E but with a stamp of C7TE-A and a date code of 9G30. 164 tooth 12 3/8 pp bolt circle. . Is this a 28oz balance and will it work in my 351C motor?

The C7TE-A is the factory-correct wheel for the 69-up 351W 351C 351CJ w/MT. The flywheel was the only part the 351W and 351C had in common.
