Default Power brake booster? will this work?

Hey guys sorry I can't offer more info from this link. But from this photo can we determine if this part will fit on my car?

I have a 1967 manual trans and manual drum brake car. The guy says it was for his 70 mustang.

can you get some measurements from him?
does the m/c come with?

you need to ensure clearance between the firewall and back of the shock tower. it can be a problem on 65/66 cars with a booster and dual m/c - not sure if the same problem occurs for 67s.
you'll also need to look at the alignment of the pushrod with respect to the brake pedal - how the booster sits on the bracket and where this sits on the firewall relative to your existing m/c.

Is's late here. I will be calling asap tomorrow morning to find details. I am going to see if I can get a part number that would be probably the most help.

thanks for the heads up

i wouldn't neccessarily buy a booster somepone else has used before especially if you never had one. maybe the diaphragm is already half dead ...
contact CSRP or chockostang

they're both on ebay as well

they both specialise on that matter (aka they sell you what fits)

+1 to Kalli

I just installed a brake booster and dual master cylinder. I've already forgotten how much it cost, but it wasn't that much more than what he wants for his used combo. Buy new and you're assured that it will fit and work.

This is an uninstalled unit.

Called today said his was an automatic car. which would not work on my car. But he would give me a call later today with the part number.
