which master cylinders can i run
with the 13 in cobra brakes on front and explorer brakes on the rear.
I have been running a 74 maverick disc/drum unit since before i converted my brakes were upgraded. I know for sure that i am not getting the full use from my brakes and i am now looking for the correct MC.
thanks

If the Explorer brakes are discs, then use a Cobra MC and combination valve. That should give you a pretty good match. It won't be perfect, but unless you're racing you probably won't notice it.
If you have drums in the back, there's probably no stock MC that will match that combo. Off the top of my head, I can't think of one. Drums require more volume than discs do. In that case, I'd use a CMC dual MC set up. You can tailer the MC bore and stroke to match your brakes. If you later upgrade to discs in the back, then upgrading the MC is not that difficult or expensive.
