67 289 to 351c swap?

Hi. I was just wondering how hard it is to swap the 289 is my 67 mustang coupe with a 351c. I know that the 351 windsor goes in fairly easy and I was just wondering if the conversion with the cleveland is the same???

Please drop me a line if you have any suggestions.
