Fuel Line to Carb?

Fuel Line to Carb?
Hi, I am replacing my Fuel Line from the Fuel Pump to the Carb and was wondering if I need to do anything to keep air bubbles out or what I need to do after I install the new line. Any help would be great! Thanks!
