Default Glovebox hinge alignment - 1966 Coupe

I've got the hinge for the glovebox, but am having a problem installing it correctly. You'd think it be easy but I can't seem to get the glovebox door to line up correctly. I've got the hinge installed inside the glovebox and am now trying to mount the door to it, but it seems like the hinge is too short and won't allow the door to close. Has anyone had this problem or have any pictures of the inside of the glovebox showing how the hinge is mounted to the door?

Thanks

There is a lot of adjustment in those hinges. You just need to loosen the bolts, adjust, attempt to close (carefully), then adjust some more. I wasn't careful after just painting my interior and I chipped the paint after slamming the glove box door when it wasn't adjusted correctly. I can get a picture a little later if nobody else chimes in, but they aren't anything tricky really. Just elongated holes for you to make adjustments is all.
