I think it sounds good. Not as good as a finely tuned big H/P V8 but a hell of a lot better than when my Dad gave it to me. I also opted for a tame muffler so I wouldn't **** off all the neighbors.

If you go with Cliifford buy a starter heat jacket or a heat shield. I learned the hard way after burning my up.

Thanks, I will have to look for the heat jacket. If I call them I can get a catalog? I check the website and can't find an area to order a catalog. Thanks for all the help!

When we were in progress with the swap on the 66, we had the new rear end with 4.10 gears in with the stock 200 6, it was a real kick to drive. It was a lot of fun.

My 2nd car was a 54 chevy belair inline 6 after some head work and better carbs it would move for what it was.After i killed it i put a 351w in it and got cussed out at a car show over that lol.
