All carb kits have the instructions packaged in with the parts, which are unreturnable if opened.
Really, it's not difficult. Don't stress about it. You basically take it apart, clean it, and put it back together. There are some screws that hold the top plate on, some that hold the boosters in, and I think that's it. Everything else should come apart without tools. Just make sure to lay everything out neatly so you can put it back together in the proper order. Take pictures if necessary.
Edit: I forgot the screws that hold on the accelerator pump and power valve covers (4 ea).
Get yourself a can of carb dip to leave the carb setting in overnight once it's disassembled. After you pull it out, use carb cleaner to spray out the risidual grease and clean all of the small passages. Don't stick your hands in the carb dip, and try not to get too much spray on your hands either; it's pretty nasty stuff.

It's really hard to do wrong. The only tricky part is remembering the check ball (looks like a bb) that's down one of the holes in the center of the carb. I believe it pops out when you take the boosters off and turn the carb upside down.
