Default Converting to discs

I was wondering if anyone knows what other cars came with a disc brake setup that would swap to a 67. Thanks

Thanks alot. I have a 67 that I did a 6 cyl to v8 swap. I didn't change any of the steering (power) on it yet. Will I need to if I get a granada setup to swap in? Also I saw that if it has a 9 in rear that it would swap in to the stang. Is this true? Does the whole carier just swap over?
