Help me pick a front valance.
I need turn signals...heck I will put in LED turn signals if I can find em. I have enough problem with other drivers as it is, and this car matters to me on a personal level so I dont need it crashed into.
I bought mine from D Branda 15 years ago and it fit like a glove. I am thinking of replacing it with another one of theirs' because years of racing have taken its toll. When I was at the Columbus All Ford swap meet last weekend, D Branda was there and their stuff looks just as quality as it did when I purchased my original one. I'll be buying another one of them this spring at the All Ford event in Hershey PA.
No pics of mine but it is the R model with no bumper or turn signal holes.

If it works for you then thats alright I guess. I just don't see the point. If you ever get in an accident they can blame you for not signaling.

This is why I do not like LED bulbs.

Sorry for the thread hijack.

LED bulbs are still kinda weak, I would use a truckstop unit or some from a Fire/EMS distributor...I guess I could just solder a bunch of laser pointers together and have "Assault turnsignals"
I got my 67 shelby hood, front and side scoops from Tony D Not saying that their 65 front r apron isnt good. But my 67 stuff really sucks good quality fiberglass with metal reinforcements and the hood was top quality right before the vacume form came out. Anyways hood came with cracks and the front by where the light buckets would be wont line up to save its life. The side scoops have about a quarter inch gap from their cut being that bad. For what i spent on the glass i was not impressed with tony D and this isnt the first time ive worked with fiberglass i know it takes alot of work. This stuff was just really far off event after the adjusted the fenders and doors to try to get the lines right. The deck lid and first set of side scoops i had were just from mustang depot or plus and fit alot better. For my 65 apron i went with mustangs plus, it fits good minor trimming the quality of glass isnt as good as tony D with minor imperfections in the surface but thats not really all that hard to fix and it was cheap think 125. Once again not knocking tony d but for the 1800 plus i spent i was expecting better.
Ya they make both with or without bumper here without. I think their stuff is supposed to be oem specs. Looks like it could fit nice, its not like the 67 where its the whole front of the car is all one piece.

me to on this car as it was my brothers car since 1973.after his death i got it and restored it the way he wanted it.since he never got to do it
I think your car looks nice the way it is. But if you want to make some modifications, I would go with the front apron that allows the front bumper and a Shelby hood would look great on your car as well.
I went with the front apron that allows the front bumper because that is what I was looking for. I purchased it from Mustangs Plus and it worked out fine for me.
I have a lot of fiberglass parts on my car from different vendors. See list below.
Hood - Mustangs Unlimited
Trunk - Maier Racing
Front Apron - Mustangs Plus
Front & Rear Bumpers & the filler panel behind the front bumper - Unlimited Products
