been dealing with lawyers for wifes x husband just alot of bs to have him sign rights away so i can adopt him ill get to it for sure in the morning be4 i run back to lawyers office

Here is another vote for doing the carpet yourself. Just makes sure its a warm day at least 80 degrees outside.

That would have been nice if they fixed the weak spots on the buckets.

I'm with the others and don't see how you could have a 67-68 hood on your car.

i dont think i do either but im just making sure since im gonna be big order in the next 4 weeks if i had to buy a hood i would also, im ordering the rest of front end parts for the suspension and decals trim carpet and tailights and turnsignals ect just gonna make a real big one stop buying spree at a shop in glendale az

There is nothing wrong with your hood. Your headlight "doors" need to be adjusted.

and that will be done since thats one of the things on my order list is all new headlight equipment im just gonna order the whole kit i dont feel like messing with the junk thats on the car, i will prolly be having a garage sale soon all ford mustang parts lol,

thanks im so new to classic mustangs that if it was me i would of got a new hood and been pissed that it looked the same lol

You are probably better off working with the hood and buckets/trim instead of buying new ones. What you have is higher quality and easier to deal with.

the headlight trim im keeping but the buckets are broke on the new ones im gonna make a bracket up front to help them from cracking, the hood is very good shape or so it looks like no rust on it anywhere but im gonna do the unthankable and bead blast the whole car i know im prolly gonna open up a can or worms but id rather know what im getting into then just repainting the car and still have rust issues that are hidden


thank you everybody for your input on the hood issue im sure as more issues arise i will bring it to forum to ask for your guys/gals thoughts
