Default Spring rate

If Im running coil-overs both up front and rear what rate should I run. Does it how long the spring is make a diff.? Ive read up on it a bit and I know both front and rear need to work together. Anybody know what the front and rear of my car may weigh?

Depends on how you plan to drive it and the suspension configuration. Placement of spring mounts will alter how spring rates effect wheel rate.

Drag racing, road racing etc. And is the front in stock mounting configuration? For the rear the manufacturer of the setup should have listed starting ranges for spring rates.
