how much hp estimated

Default how much hp estimated

if i were to drop in a 302, with 3.50 gears, into my 65. how much horsepower do you guys think i could get out of it

between 85 and 700 depending on the mods or lack there of.

without knowing the internal specs of the engine nobody can answer your question with any authority. If it is stock then we need to know the year and what it came out of.

These people have no idea what they are talking about. I dont need engine specs...that baby will put out 391@5500 and 387trq...amateurs

OK, a guy near here yanked his 67 289 2V, took it apart, and did this:

Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold
Edelbrock 600 cfm carb
289HP air cleaner
C9OZ-6250-C hydraulic camshaft
home port-matching of the exhaust 289/302 Cylinder Head Port Matching
custom re-curve of the stock distributor

This engine was assembled and run-in on a dyno, and produced 321 hp.
