Default 69 mustang Cluster Problems?

Well i finally got my engine running leak free but now its time to move on to my next problem, My cluster is not working properly it doesnt read Mph at all, Temperature gauge reads past hot all the time, Fuel gauge reads 1/4 full all the time, Odometer doesnt move either, and oil pressure and altenator probably dont work either. What can it be a ground? electrical short? what and where should i check? Thanks in advance

The odometer is a separate problem from the others. With that amny gauges not working i would look at the voltage regulator for the cluster. This is a little rectangle box on the back of the cluster and regulates the voltage to 5v and the ground for these gauges is through the sending units.

The odometer can be a gauge, the cable broken, the gear missing or broken. Pull your cluster out pull the cable out of the tranny. if no obvious problems found then turn the gear on the cable. If the cable turns at the gauge connection then replace your gauge.

Alright so i should test the regulator and see if theres 5v going to it, if there is current to it and its not working its it means the regulator is bad right? What of theres no current?..also how do i remove the cluster lol.
