Default Autolite Voltage regulator question

I just replaced the regulator with a new on from CJ Pony parts..it has Autolight painted on the front cover....when I installed it using the existing holes the word autolight reads vertical (up and down) not horizontal (side to side)..it looks kind of funny....is this correct or do I have to drill new holes to mount it so autolite reads horizontally.
Thanks Scott

I guarantee Ford didn't give a rat butt whether the lettering was horizontal or vertical when mounted.
