Default Lower Control Arms

I just got my lower control arms in from Virginia Mustang. Overall they look like a good quality arm made from 12ga steel. (.105)
They came with two ring / cap pieces each. Can anyone tell me where these go? I am assuming they go on either side of the bushing (lca to car).

They go in the sway bar strut hole when you install the bolts and bushings.
