drive shaft blues

well now that I know I can do it myself I'll go down to the local bone yard and get myself a drive shaft.

how exactly is run out tested and what is it?

At the junkyard I found a driveshaft from a modern car that measured 50 1/2, I was gonna sang it but i wanted to make sure that i could use it first.

It was off an explorer so it had an 8.8 rear yoke, that measured about 3.5 inches across, so if I took the rear yoke off would that u-joint mate to the 9 inch?

I'm sure this is the same as question 1 but would the front work with the correct yoke from the fmx?

found the answer, it will work, they share the same universal joint.
