I was expecting this to be a thread about Vinyl graphics on cars. Imagine my surprise! And I'm too skinny to be getting any tattoos

Does nobody see this as a father son bonding. Yes they may sell the car one day and get something else. But the tattoo will always be there to remind them of something they did together as father and son. I think its pretty cool you guys did that. My dads a cool guy but would never get a tattoo. More power to the both of you and many more car builds to come. Just watch out tattoo's are very addictive. The running horse is just one of the many I have.

Is it me or do all tatoo artist look the same. I mean those guys look like the ones that we have in Fayetteville, NC.

Those are better than getting a hot air balloon that I once saw on someones arm, weird.

Oh and gratz on getting the car done! Is it realy done....?

Nope, won't be no days like that. Every vehicle I have ever owned was a ford except one. It was a 80 chevy truck that was given to me and it was the biggest turd I've ever owned. I'll never own anything but a Ford.

That is the point. We did this to commemorate the building of my son's first car. He turns 16 in June. We built it together from the suspension to brakes, to body to paint to interior. Every bolt has been turned and every panel has been tweaked by us and no one else.

Oh and I know about ink being addictive, I have the cobra you see above the new one when I was 18 (I actually had it redone at the same time I got the new one) and I have a panther and my wife's name on my other arm.

All but new carpet, dashpad, and doorpanels. They are in the downstairs room waiting on a warm weekend.
