Angry Dash Pad Removal

Trying to replace the dash pad on my 68. Can't get to the screws that are up next to the windshield. Can't reach them with an offset or short screwdriver. Any suggestions? Is there such a thing as a flexible screwdriver that might work?

I typically use an 18" long screwdriver for those.

I have a note that reminds me to put dash pad in before putting windshield back.

Bad idea. When you cord the windshield seal, you'll pull up the front edge of the pad, possibly damaging it. You can get away with it, but…

I install the glass, then the pad, and use a slender awl to locate the screw holes.
