351C 4V or 429 Cobra Jet
#21
I live way way out in the boonies about 140 north east of Austin by a little town called brownwood. not much here but quiet, and love it that way. I lived in Austin for years, worked all over the place. We used to drill oil wells and gather up a ton of money and go spend it on fast cars and faster woman, loud duitars, lol,.now days work and relax, love to get out and about when we can.

just to show you what I was talking about in value, take a quik look at this e-bay auction currently running:
Item number: 220005633422
thats a 351C Air Cleaner, known to partsmen as a flame arrestor, currently on E-Bay with a 899.95 asking price.
if anyone is intrested there are a pair of 4v heads for less than 500 delivered, I will wait a week before I grab them just to put up for retirement purposes, seriously. Search 351c mustang heads

Thanks Qyazyrabbit,
The plan now is to use possibly use the 429 until which point I have the funds to rebuild the matching 351c. That said, I have to get the body ready first . Currently Fred Flintsone has more of a floor in the car than I do. We almost have it all stripped and once we do we are going to get it media blasted with soda then primed.
Then we can start on replacing sheet metal. The car probably wont be ready for any engine for at least a year, and that might be an optimistic estimate. We plan on taking our time and trying to do everything right and not half ***.
Thanks for you comments, they really have helped.
