washer nozzles

Default washer nozzles

i got a aftermarket pump today and just temp hooked it all up. my problem is that the nozzles shots out a small stream. is it suppose to be like this or is it suppose to be like todays cars and spray out in a fan pattern

Mine are just tubes that shoot a stream. I'm sure that is factory.

Yeah, it's basically a squirt gun.

Why an aftermarket pump? Both of the original 66 pumps are available new.

the original was a one speed wiper but why are there two different kinds of pumps for it

Typically the 1-speed got the earlier style motor driven pump. Later, and 2-speed, typically had a diaphram ooka-ooka style.
