it goes upto 80ft pounds, what is required for heads?

I think the spec is 80 so I guess it might work for you.

Make sure you get that bolt drilled dead ***** center and straight. Dont put too much faith in those easy outs, you break one off in the bolt and you will HAVE to get it out, it WILL NOT drill.

To get started drilling dead center, you may have to dress the end of the bolt with a small grinder, burr, etc. to allow you to start the drill right.

If that bolt is really stuck like I think it is, you will need to drill nearly the entire diameter of the bolt before it moves.... You must be straight and center.....

Start small and move to progressively better bits...

Do not loose the patience to do this right, and your time will be well spent.

Don't mess up your block by falling off the bolt, the iron will drill quick and easy. If you booger the threads some it is not a huge deal, there are heli coils for this, but if you get off center...... well you get it...
