Default Tire pressure

Confused about what tire pressure to use. Recommendation for High Performance is 28psi, non 24psi. There is also a decal for redline tires that I can't make out the psi in the NPD catalog. Also, the glove box decal recommends adding 4psi if driving over an hour over 60 mph. Any help on proper inflation would be greatly appreciated.

I drive mine with between 28-30 psi, and have been for years. If it is too low, you will notice the sidewalls starting to wear, and if it is too high you will notice the center of the tire to wear more than the rest.

Yeah, both of those sound a little low for modern radials...

I just checked mine. They are about 23-24psi.

This may be why it has felt a little sluggish at the line and around corners?

Max psi on side of tire is 44

Read: Max is 44. That certainly does not mean you put 44 in them. You might try 32 for a few miles to see how it drives, then if it is a little bouncy, cut her back to 30 and see how that feels.
