If the rear was leaking, the pin is now on that side. After you bleed the rear, if the pin is not frozen or stuck, it should return back to center.
If not, you have two choices.
1. take it apart and if you are there, buy a rebuild kit to save you from doing it again in the future. IT's like $50 on cugarparts.com or something like that.
2. Soften the front enough to force the pin back.
#1 is the only option if you know the unit is bad unless it's going to be a winter project.
There is always a #3 until your winter work which is to leave it, if it doesn't correct it's self, and unplug the switch.
Rebuild kit
Additional Prop valve info
I did mine and I am happy. I had a leak in the residual valve. I also have the two brake lines on the dist. block. I never used them. I can send them to you if you need some. I bought them in case I broke them while fixing it.

The brass thingy containing the switch in a 67 is not a proportioning valve. It's a differential valve. Unless you have disc brakes, you don't even have a proportioning valve.
Your first order of business is to find out why the warning light came on. Leak, excessive wear, badly adjusted drum brake, etc. Once that's taken care of, selective brake bleeding will extinguish the light.

Same thing can be done with one T to split the Front brake circuit to left and right from dual bowl master. The rear circuit STRAIGHT trough to rear brakes.
The shuttle switch, warning light in the middle of the Differential Block does nothing but tell you ---AHH, you have no brakes on half the car.
No Magical fluid runs out of these.
