Default ac idler pulley

has any one figured out how to change the bearing on the ac idler pulley. i changed the bearing on the pulley that adjusts the tension but the one under the compressor looks to have a welded on end. the upper was simple, snap ring pliers and it was out, press new one in, reinstall snap ring and done, but the bottom is confusing. i have found a few places that sell them, $120.00, crazy just because of a $10.00 bearing. im sure some one here has figured out how to change it.

This one? Like other such bearings, I imagine it's pressed in, and concealed under the dust cap.
