Cutting springs Wrong ?
Before i put my new engine back in my car i thought i would take advantage of all the space and decides to put roller spring perches in and also do the shelby drop.. while i had the stock springs out i decided to cut a little off to try and achieve a good height.
I cut about 3" off with a cutting wheel. fast forward to now, twice when i have been going over 50mph and i hit a dip in the road my wheels start bouncing, quite a bit. slow down a little and it stops. its very weird feeling.
after checking everything underneath i am sure nothing is loose. could it be from cutting my springs such a little amount they aren't seating properly ?

yes. i cut the right end but if memory serves me right it didn't line up real good with where the tip of spring rests into. like i said, it couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 inches i cut.
Just put car on jackstands and took tires off. the bottom of springs are barely touching the metal tab that keeps sprnig in. i would say barely 1/8 of inch. looks like i didnt cut enough of spring and the big curve misses the tab. very luckyb it didnt slip out while driving.
I would also say its most likely your old shocks allowing the thing to bounce around all over. Try unbolting the shock from the cap on that side and see if you can move the rod up and doen easily. If you can or of the rod doesnt extend itself out when you unbolt it then you need new shocks.
Careful with that one. Only gas-charged shocks do that, conventional hydraulic shocks, still widely in use, do not.
