I bought a 1965 Mustang Convertible, the top is about a year old. It is very hard to get the top latched, is there a way to adjust the top so it comes forward more so it would be easier to latch?

 

You may wind up having to get a shop manual to find out how. Try screwing out the threaded hooks that pull the top to the windshield molding if indeed the hooks have adjustment threads. Most convertible owners I know have the opposite problem because the top has stretched.
