There were more than a few 1970 engines. The 4V was limited to the 351C 4V, the BOSS 302, The BOSS 429, the 428 CobraJet, and the 428 SuperCobraJet. I'm guessing you mean the 428. It would look the same regardless of the body style, but either came with or without the "Shaker" ram air.

Will be a lot cheaper and easier to buy a 03-04 cobra and drive it today.But honestly a well build small block will eat most mod motors and bolt straight in the car with out any cutting.
