Well got everything installed and my relay system never worked. So I used a spare toggle switch and wired the fan to it.

 

Well thought I would update this thread since I have had some time with this setup. With my new water pump, new thermostat, aluminum radiator, and 14" fan I never exceed 190 degrees. My thermostat is a 190 degree one and on days where it isn't over 70 outside I never even reach 160 degrees.
