Stroker kits
You can sleeve one cylinder no problem, but if you get a balanced assembly, you will need new pistons anyway....
And if I was worried about the ring thing, I would just sacrifice a few cubes and go with a 331, a 331 is about 13% smaller than a 347, but I imagine with the right build, considering some of the 331s advantages, you won't be giving up near that same 13% in hp/tq....
Remember also, if your shortblock had loose bearing clearances, the result of too much oil on the cylinders (slung on by the rotating crank) will cause (or at least make much worse) oil control issues.

Yea the crank was chewed up too much to be redone where the bearing had spun. As far as it being balanced why cant it be balanced with my old pistons. Reason being is the pistons are keith blacks that retail for 599. I have found some crank and rods that I can buy for about $800 all forged 4340.

Yea, the old pistons CAN be balanced with your new stuff, I was in "tunel vision mode" thinking about a stroker "kit"....

Sorry....
