Default Hood scoop

looking for a hood scoop to add to my 67 Mustang. I know that year didn't feature the hood scoop but has anyone added one to theirs. I don't want any thing to large. my secret is to hide a flaw in the center of the hood. (suggested by my bodyshop) I'm cheap but not free!
Thanks.

there's plenty of hood scoops that just stick on to choose from. Problem is... they look like crap IMO. If you want to even try to make them look good, you have to mold it into the hood using bondo or something similar and paint it. By the time you're done doing that, you may as well have just fixxed whatever flaw you're talking about.

i picked up an original 69 boss 429 scoop off of egay for $120. i havent has it painted yet but they look great. It was common back in the day to put 69 scoops on earlier mustangs.
You can reproductions for about $120 all day long.
