I'm still wondering if you got a title with it and if not how are you going to title it?

Received "bill of sale" from seller. Drivers door still has vin tag and I'll have to get a title company to get title for me. I have a police friend checking vin for me to be sure theres no funny business going on.

In the state of Alabama all I needed was a bill of sale to register mine. Not sure if Florida is the same or not. Great looking project.

GA is the same way you just need a bill of sale and they wont issue one if the chain of ownership is broken :/ i dont have a title for my 65...iirc if it had valid registration in another state florida will issue a new title to a buy who only gets a bill of sale

In Alabama they won't give you a title, I have the on for my 67 but they wouldn't give me a new one for Alabama.

Hopefully getting one will go smoothly. Still waiting on vin check.

Thanks for info on stripes. They look so old I thought maybe they were original to car.
