Default Rebuilding 1966 Interior

Hey everyone. New here but not new to mustangs. Have a 2012 GT and a 1966 so the best of both worlds. I'm looking to redo my interior and have already gotten a little start.

First off the car was recently painted, but I never liked how the interior came out so i'm deciding to redo it. I purchased a set of corbeau racing seats and belts and have decided that I'm going to delete the backseat. At this point I'm really open to suggestions. What I've done so far is strip the interior of everything, and start with a blank canvas. I'm contemplating putting a speaker setup in the backseat as my brother is into car audio, so that will be left up to him.

As i said, for now I'm looking for suggestions from classic owners who have done their interiors and what the found to work best. Also looking for input on any interesting and innovative ideas.

I'll keep this thread updated with progress and pictures as much as i can.

Along with this, what do you guys suggest in terms of a bar to hookup 4 point belts. Is there a bolt-in kit or should bring it to a metal shop. Not really wanting a cage but rather a way to just put in these belts.

Here are two quick pics i snapped on my iphone.

Do it right. get a roll cage kit with the bar accross the middle. they sell for about $150-$200. There is no point in using a 4 point harness without the cage

is there any particular bolt-in kits you could recommend, or would you recommend bringing it to a shop to have it done? What kind of prices would i be looking at for having a shop do the install?

Any reason why you went with 4 point belts? They do have 3 point kits that you just weld or rivet a bar to the interior. No real reason for a cage unless you are going to see some serious track time.
