Dust Rose in color? I'd say its medium rare.

I'm assuming you mean Dusk Rose, but that was only available in 1967 if I remember correctly. Only pink color available in 1972 was the Playboy Pink special order.

that model has absolutely zero collector value irregardless of color, therefore, paint it the color you want, however, a complete color change typically costs more than repainting it the original color.
