Default Be Cool Radiator

I am ordering a Be Cool aluminum radiator (# 60020) for my '66 Fastback. The best price I've found is form Summitt Racing for $ 519.00 Just curious of anyone knows of anywhere cheaper. Thanks in advance.

If you aren't dead set on the Be Cool, you might want to research the Griffin radiators. They may even be cheaper. Also, research the AFCO and Northern brands. They are less than 200 bux, and are the same cooling quality. They don't come all shiny like the Be Cool and Griffin, but about 30 minutes of elbow grease solves that problem. Here is a pic of an AFCO rad after it was polished.
Here is a dealer locator for the Be Cool if you are still interested in the Be Cool.

I checked out the AFCO like you said. The cheapest one I found was about $500 as well. I really like the "smooth" look of the Be Cool which is why I prefer it over the Griffin which has a OEM kind of look. Hate to pay $500 for a radiator but also hate to settle only to be disappointed later and replace the one I'm replacing now. Oh well, guess we'll see.

No, check on the prices of the universal alluminum. Be sure you check the right size too.

How would I know what size to get, I mean, I know what my car is, but are radiators interchangeable to some degree?

I need a new one too and everywhere I have looked is about $300 or more.

You can measure your radiator diagonally to get the size.

You don't need an aluminum radiator. Just get a 3 or 4 row from any Mustang vendor for under 200 bux. Here is an example. Type in radiator and your year model, and bingo, you will see the cost.

Well, spoke with a representative with AFCO. I really wanted a cross-flow but no such luck. Can't find one narrow enough to fit. Looks like the Be Cool is how I'll be going. The only one AFCO had that would work was a direct replacement and it was over $600.
